Jadavpur University BA (Hons) / B Sc (Hons) Admission 2010

Jadavpur University in Kolkata, West Bengal, has invited applications for admission into the following disciplines of BA (Hons) / B Sc (Hons) courses, offered in the upcoming session 2010.

• BA (Honours):Bengali, Comparative Literature, Economics, English, History, Political Science, Philosophy and Sanskrit.
• B Sc (Honours):Chemistry, Geological Sciences, Mathematics and Physics

How to Apply

Interested candidates are required to apply on-line through the University website www.jadavpur.edu or http://juadmission.org/arts for admission into the BA (Hons) programme. The application fee (including service charge of Bank) of Rs 75/- for each course of study is to be deposited separately in any branch of State Bank of India by filling in the pay-in-slip. In case of B Sc programme applicants can download the application from available for download in the university’s official website: http://www.jadavpur.edu/. Application form for B Sc (Hons) can also be obtained from the University Indoor Stadium in the Jadavpur University campus between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm. (recess 2.00 pm – 2.30 pm) from Monday to Friday except holidays, on cash payment of Rs 50. For detailed information about the admission and application procedure applicants are requested to visit the university’s aforementioned official website.
